    The Asheville Homeless Network exists to do everything we can to serve the homeless population of Asheville, and we are coordinating the donation and distribution of food, crafts supplies, and other needed items, plus whatever help we can find, direct, or generate, directly to the homeless of Asheville. All staff is unpaid; all funds received go directly to homeless people in our community. The only fixed expense we have is the support of this website.

    We encourage and expect the homeless themselves to be a part of our network in whatever way they wish. If you have anything of value that you wish to donate, or if you want to become a member, contact Moss.

    June 8, 2007: Moss and Carol were re-elected; Alan was elected Treasurer (was Vice President the second half of 2006-7), and Paquita Lanaux-Jennings was elected Vice President.
